SNOWCAT TERMS Last updated: September 28, 2026 Snowcat is made by Lucas Jaeger, doing business as LiftLine AI. Your use of the app is covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). This page adds the parts that are specific to Snowcat. If anything here conflicts with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement applies. 1. PLANS Everything is bought in the app through Apple, and the price is shown before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. - Snowcat Pro and Snowcat Max, monthly. These renew automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in Settings › your Apple Account › Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. If a plan starts with a free trial, it becomes paid when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. - Snowcat Max Family, monthly. Max for up to six people, shared through Apple's Family Sharing. It renews and is cancelled the same way as the other monthly plans, by the person who bought it. - Offer codes. Codes are redeemed through Apple, in the app or in the App Store. Apple shows what a code gives you before you confirm. When the offer on a monthly plan ends, the plan renews at its regular price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. - 2026–27 Season Passes (Pro or Max) and the Max Season Upgrade. One payment. They do not renew. They end when the 2026–27 season ends, no later than July 1, 2027. Passes bought through January 7, 2027 are at the founding price; after that the regular price applies. The Max Season Upgrade moves a Pro Season Pass you already hold up to Max. - Max Day Pass. Max for 24 hours from the moment you buy it. It does not renew. Buying another while one is running adds 24 hours to the time you have left. 2. CROWD REPORTS The crowd reports you send stay yours. We use them only to run Snowcat, improve our wait estimates, publish anonymous averages (for example, "waits at this lift averaged 12 minutes this hour"), and stop abuse. If you delete your account, we remove your account ID from every report you sent. The reports stay, with nothing that points back to you, because they help improve our wait estimates. 3. TRIPS AND WHAT YOU SHARE Do not post anything illegal, threatening, abusive or hateful, or anyone else's private information, in trips, messages, photos or your profile. We can remove content and close accounts that break this. We don't tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Report anything that breaks these rules. We review reports within 24 hours, remove the content and remove the account that posted it. To report a person or something they posted, email Lucas@liftlineai.app; Report in the app opens that email for you. You can also block someone in the app. 4. EARLY RESORTS Early resorts are still being added to Snowcat. Their information may be missing, late or wrong. Do not rely on it; check with the resort. 5. LIFTIE AND ESTIMATES Liftie is an AI assistant, and what it writes can be wrong. Wait times, crowd levels and forecasts are estimates. Snowcat gives you information and suggestions; you decide where to ride. Do not use Snowcat for safety decisions: check closures, avalanche conditions and roads with the resort and official sources. 6. CHANGES We may update this page.
